Dill Salmon
When I was just thirteen years old, I got my first subscription to a magazine, Bon Appetit. I loved looking at the gorgeous photographs from all over the world, reading the recipes like novels, and getting inspiration for what I wanted to cook. This recipe comes from one of those very first Bon Appetit magazine’s that I recieved in the mail, and is a simple, healthy, and delicious main dish that has stood the test of time. Even though I am quite sure this is not the original recipe, it has been a huge hit over the years with my immediate family, my Aunti, cousins, and friends.
